We cannot warrant compliance with any specific local codes or local ordinances. The purchaser should ensure that the plans comply with all applicable building codes and are suitable for a particular site, including any subdivision restrictions, before actual construction begins. Because we have no control over the selection of your builder, or other professionals, we cannot be responsible for the advice or assistance you receive from them or for the methods they use. After you receive your plans, we recommend that you have an architect or engineer in you area review the plans before actual construction begins. We retain the copyright to all of our plans and we will release the copyright when a reproducible vellum or CAD file is purchased. The copyright is released for a one time modification of the plan. In house modifications are available upon request.
